Layaway Terms and Conditions

Refund Policy

1. If we do not receive your final payment by the "final payment due" date, we will automatically cancel your layaway purchase unless we agree to extend that date. All monies paid will be forfeit and are non-refundable. KZSR GIFTS may, at it’s descretion, extend the date of forfeiture. KZSR GIFTS will refund monies should any item ordered not be available. Layaway Agreement The minimum amount of the purchase price allowed for a layaway, is at the discretion of KZSR GIFTS. KZSR GIFTS will hold item(s) described below for a minimum period of 90 days (KZSR GIFTS may at it’s discretion, allow a longer period of time). Accepted forms of payment for layaways is Cash or charge, or checks with approval. Payment 1 (your deposit) at order date. Payment 2 is due not more than 30 days from initial order date. Payment 3 is due not more than 60 days from initial order date. During this 90 day period, said item(s) will not be offered for sale to the general public. Deposit must be received by KZSR GIFTS the day of order or item(s) will again be offered for sale to the general public. A deposit check that is returned for any reason will nullify this agreement and said item (s) will immediately be offered for sale to the general public. A $35 service charge will be accessed on all returned checks.* Upon receipt of a layaway order, KZSR GIFTS will issue a Layaway Confirmation which will include the order date, total order amount and the due date for each payment. Please keep this confirmation for your records. The Layaway will be immediately taken off the floor and retained for the customer. As payments are received by KZSR GIFTS, a note will be made on the original invoice which will show the total order amount, amount of payments received and the date received, the balance due and the due date of payments remaining. Please keep these confirmations for your records also. Any layaway not paid in full in the 90 day period will once again be offered for sale to the general public and all monies forfeited, unless special arrangements have been made with KZSR GIFTS. REFUNDS ARE ONLY GIVEN IN THE FIRST 30 DAYS AFTER LAYAWAY IS INITIATED.  NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN AFTER THE FIRST 30 DAYS HAVE LAPSED.  ALL WILL BE SUBJECT TO A 10% RESTOCKING FEE IF NOT PICKED UP WITHIN 90 DAYS AND PERSONALIZED GIFTS WILL NOT BE REFUNDABLE! PERSONALIZED ITEMS
2. 1.  Personalized items will not be made until 2/3rds of the total amount due has been paid. 2.  Please allow 2-4 weeks before you are able to pick up your personalized item, or before  it will be shipped. 3.  NO PERSONALIZED ITEMS WILL BE REFUNDED OR RETURNABLE! ADDITIONAL SHIPPING INFORMATION 1.  All shipping will be done within 7 business days, by priority mail, with a confirmation number available. 2.  For alternate pick up, select pick up at store in the cart, then immediately contact to make arrangements for pick up.
