Legacy Quilts

I started making quilts as way to deal with the PTSD I got while serving in U.S. Army. While the Army provided the best care they could, nothing seemed to fit my needs. That's when I remembered something from my childhood. I remembered helping my Great-grandmother make quilts! I would just stand by and watch while she would give me little butterscotch candies from you purse but. hey, it still counts. Eventually, I joined the Army and, sadly, Memaw passed. After being medically retired I returned home where my father had started Sublimation T-shirt shop with custom artwork. The plan was for me to take over the shop but since I can't even draw stick figures that was a no-go. It then occurred to me that while I couldn't draw, I could make quilts.

With all that said I am proud to present Legacy Quilts! These Legacy Quilts are all completely handmade and no two are alike! The Printed area is 100% polyester with sublimation print on it! The Surrounding fabric and borders are 100% cotton! Why the combination of the two fabrics? You see with sublimation printing the dye combines with the fabric meaning that the colors will last as long as the Fabric! THAT'S RIGHT! NO FADING! NO CRACKING! NONE OF THE DOWNFALLS THAT YOU SUFFER WITH SCREEN PRINTING OR VINYL!! The best part is that there are no special care requirements. Thats right, use them and then wash as normal without fear of fading or cracking!

Just like the one you're ordering, the Legacy Quilts featured in this post have special meaning. The blue one tells the story of my grandfather who flew bombers in WW2. The checkered flag style quilt is a collection of hand drawn art done by my father for his racing clients. Just those featured here you personal photos can be turned into a beautiful story through pictures that your family will cherish forever!!

These quilts are priced at 8 cents per square plus tax and shipping. Turnaround time is Approximately 2-3 weeks.
There are no returns because these are custom made and can only be returned due to manufacturing defects.
